1. Request deletion from Total Achievement Consulting LLC
To request deletion of personal data associated with an Instagram inquiry, email Haykagab@taconsulting.ru with the subject “Instagram data deletion request.”
Please provide the Instagram username used for the inquiry and, if helpful, the approximate date of the conversation. Do not send identity documents or additional sensitive information unless we specifically request it for verification.
2. What happens after a request
We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the requester is connected to the relevant account or record. After verification, we will locate and delete the applicable Instagram inquiry and CRM lead data within a reasonable period, unless some information must be retained for an existing contract, accounting or tax requirements, a legal claim, or another applicable legal obligation.
We will confirm the outcome by email. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until the normal backup cycle completes.
3. Revoke the app in Instagram
You can stop future access by revoking the app from your Instagram account. In Instagram, open your profile and go to Menu → Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active. Select the connected app and choose Remove. Menu labels can vary by device and Instagram version.
Revoking access stops the app from receiving new data through that authorization. It does not necessarily delete information already stored in our CRM, so email us as described above if you also want that stored data deleted.
4. Data held by Meta or other providers
This process covers data controlled by Total Achievement Consulting LLC. Meta, Instagram, and other service providers may retain information under their own terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations. Requests concerning data held independently by those providers should be directed to them through their privacy tools.
