1. Who we are
Total Achievement Consulting LLC provides accounting, legal, financial, and related business support services. This policy explains how we handle personal data when a person contacts our Instagram business account and the inquiry is transferred to our Notion-based customer relationship management (CRM) workspace.
2. Data we collect
Depending on the inquiry, we may collect:
- the Instagram username and account identifier associated with the conversation;
- the content of messages sent to our Instagram business account; and
- contact details or other information that the person voluntarily provides in the conversation, such as a name, phone number, or email address.
3. How we use the data
We use this data only to:
- read, understand, and respond to inquiries;
- create and manage a lead record in our CRM;
- follow up on a requested service or potential engagement; and
- maintain records needed for an inquiry, contract, or applicable legal obligation.
4. Human handling; no automated replies
The Instagram-to-Notion workflow supports internal lead management. It does not send automated replies and is not used to make decisions about a person without human review. Messages are handled by authorized members of the Total Achievement Consulting LLC team.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We may use service providers to operate this workflow, including Meta for Instagram messaging and platform services, Cloudflare for secure technical infrastructure, and Notion for CRM records. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices and may process data in countries other than the person’s country of residence.
We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only for a reasonable period connected to the inquiry, any resulting client relationship or contract, and applicable accounting, tax, dispute, or other legal obligations. When the data is no longer reasonably needed, we delete or anonymize it, subject to backup cycles and lawful retention requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to limit access to authorized personnel and protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data associated with your Instagram inquiry by emailing Haykagab@taconsulting.ru. We may request enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant record. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
